Hazama is the third.
As for my favorite, definitely Nu-13. She has the best voice and her personality is just amazing.

But Rachel is my main. Though i am somewhat new to the game, i am loving it.
Rachel is just so great, i love her traps and set ups.

Plus her drive is friggin sweet.

It's really hard to explain but simply put it's got a completely original fighting style for every characters.
Ranging from the simplicity of Street Fighter to the complicated awesome of Tekken.
All characters have their unique personalities and traits, the storyline is simply amazing and I'm sure anyone who picks any of the games up will love them.
There's randomness, true serious actions, epic battles, etc etc etc.
But that's just my opinion. :3
