Summer Spring Path/Road and other Items rebalance

road & path this thing should be free but for the sake of the balance the happiness will drop low to 20-45 each,, i guess you guys could imagine how hard it is without a good road to take.. another the Quick Clean, Quick Water and Quick Harvest should use Gold instead again for the sake of the balance happiness of the item will be half..

Roads should be a little bit more than how much happiness they are. It wouldn't be balanced if they dropped them all the way down low. Since they're used for happiness.

Actually, if you look at it, for their price... Roads give as much, if not more, happiness then most decorations.
