I think there should be a new seed called as Galaxy Seed. These seeds are super rare and allow you during special events at a special location ( like the top of the tower mabey ) To find and capture past galactic mogas in the wild.
How you get the seeds are trade starseeds ( 10 ss = 1Gs for example ) for them, find them/win them or buy them.
the capture rate should be the rate in the spins 1% or 2%.
So it combines the CI with the main game a bit and it offers the same chance of getting the galactic and it still will cost money but there is also a guarunteed free chance to earn or find the seeds and it can be limited to a few days every month when you can go galactic hunting so it does not conflict with CI events.
