Who would you choose?

I'm writing an AU story based on a dream I had. This world has no magic (or guns), and pretty much every village is at war with half the other villages.

Winnowill and Sydor are trying to take over other villages by subversion. I thought Mira Armstrong would make a great general trying to defend her own village and free a nearby one, tearing down Winnowill's influence in the process and the inventor from ATLA making seige weapons could definitely disrupt the already unstable status quo. I'm also throwing in some young, strong Disney characters.

I think it'd be interesting to explore characters outside of their natural setting and pit them against each other. I was wondering what characters people think would be interesting to see in such a world.
