I probably prefer the subs because then, at least I don't realize how bad the voice acting actually is. XD

I just want to know how you feel I did. Note on any mistakes you find (the first few chapters are littered with them, because I didn't edit them, and I'm sure there are many little spelling errors and grammar mishaps all around it) Tell me pro's and con's of the story.

"Hermione looked up in time to see two of those black cloaked figures walk towards them, their swords—darker than the night—raised slightly, ready to strike. Their eyeless gaze looking right at Hermione. She felt like she had been plunged into the lake in the middle of December, her spine had gone rigid from fright, and she let out a scream of terror. They came closer, closer, closer, right until they were only a few paces away. They came right up to the border of the shield, and seemed to laugh at it. They walked right through it, not even flinching! How was that possible?"

Speaking of FF.net, that's where Jenny will be posting her latest fic about Voldie (and eventually my others as well) so that will give you two something nice to read when I get around to it hehe however I have a few fics that I really like listed in my Writing thread already if you want to check them out, might give ya something to hold yourself over with whee

As for long fics, I love them for the same reasons pad's said, they offer more development and such however I refuse to read a long fic unless it is complete also for the very reason she said hehe

and ff.net nowadays is like finding a needle in a haystack? It's always been like that xd hehe but yeah thinks always go down hill once "certain" people get a hold you know? I suppose I spoiled myself with fanfiction community goondess as I joined HPFF as my first ever "community" and that place is awesome lol

Redux: hahaha I love you whee I'm ok with subtitles though, but yeah the english dubs and voice acting never bothered me much either

@Pads: I've got a question about Naruto for you. When did Tsunade leave the village?

It was never said, but my theory is that it happened shortly before the Kyuubi attacked. The manga shows Jiraiya writing his first book after a mission where Tsunade is still present, during the Second War (which is where Dan was killed), and then it shows Jiraiya and Minato discussing the finished thing while Kushina was pregnant with Naruto. On the other hand, Shizune is about the same age as Kakashi and according to the databooks, she was made chuunin at the age of 13 (that would be about the same year as Kakashi Gaiden takes place, and therefore two years before Kyuubi). So I figure that Tsunade had to leave sometime after that - maybe during the year before Naruto was born. cool

I only got into Final Fantasy at the time that 10 got released as platinum edition. I've only played that and its sequel, 13 and Crisis Core. I actually haven't started the actual ff7 game and Dirge of Cerberus makes me nauseous and gives me motion sickness
