Hey, I have an interesting question for you guys. First, you have to know a little bit about The Sims 2. In Sims 2 you create people and live our their lives, get them jobs, have them get married and what not. It's a lot of micromanagement but it's really fun. The game comes with three pre-made towns with pre-made families in them, but you can make your own towns and families if you want to.

Here is my question: If you create a new town in The Sims 2, and fill it with characters of your own design and then write stories about them, is that still considered Fanfiction or is that original fiction inspired by a game?

My stories aren't for everyone. I'm writing a serious DBZ Piccolo/OC story that isn't your stereotypical "long-lost-sister-of-Goku/Vegeta-comes-to-Earth" fic. "Errant Exile" is a serious SF story that gives Piccolo the respect he deserves.

The prequel was written for fun, but "One Good Deed" is important. It's a quick read (even though it could use a little updating and cleanup), and takes place when Piccolo is still a very small child.

Like I said, it's not for everyone, but the major cast members -- especially Gohan, Bulma, Vegeta and Pan -- all have very important roles.

I currently have one fic up it is a Naruto Humour fic my very first ^_^...i was thinking of doing harry potter naruto crossover but it was a bit hard....half the people would be talking in japanese and the other half would be talking in english stare

That's kinda hard, but I think it's original fanfiction inspired by a game. A real fanfiction will at least have official characters like Mortimar or Bella Goth.
