It's actually a phrase from "Air" that I just got stuck with saying.
In truth, "gao" is the Japanese way of saying "roar". But, this character named "Misuzu" says it when she's frustrated or when she's about to cry.

So, I guess it doesn't really make much sense, but now I'm addicted to saying "gao". sweatdrop
