I side with Legoland. It's a family friendly place, and if someone's going to come in with essentially porn painted on their body, well, maybe they should have thought about the family friendly places they wanted to go to before they had it tattooed on.

Obscenity falls into a non-speech category and that tattoo definitely falls under the category of obscenity. It's more an act than speech (though I guess it could be argued that she's trying to make a point about how uptight people are about sex or something...but I doubt it). Obscenity is something said/done/portrayed with the intent to turn someone on - it's more like a b*****b than speech (at least that's how I learned it - and was that ever an awkward class at times).

So, I'm with Legoland on this one.

Legoland is private property. Provided she got a full refund, she has nothing to complain about. They're well within their rights.

On a side note, light switches usually have square tips, and aren't particularly squishy. I imagine it would be painful...

LegoLand is a private business and they have the right to refuse service. I'm no prude, but consider that LegoLand is a place heavily aimed for children and families. They probably wouldn't allow obscene articles of clothing either. The woman really should've known better, did she do it on purpose to get attention? Because people typically have more common sense than to go to places with lots of kids while displaying highly sexual imagery on their bodies.

See, her problem could've easily been fixed if she had worn long pants or something that covered the tattoo. I don't understand why anyone would get a tattoo that silly and choose to go to a family friendly place with it uncovered.
