Notice he still hasn't set the definition of superpower.
So I'll do it for him.
"A superpower is a state with a dominant position in the international system which has the ability to influence events and its own interests and project power on a worldwide scale to protect those interests. A superpower is traditionally considered to be a step higher than a great power."
And also,
"A great power is a nation or state that has the ability to exert its influence on a global scale. Great powers characteristically possess military and economic strength and diplomatic and cultural influence which may cause small powers to consider the opinions of great powers before taking actions of their own."
This second one sounds like China to me.
Some other great powers include, in my own opinions and some in the opinions of analysts,
Brazil, India, South Africa, the EU, and, to some extent, Great Britain.
