Jet Lee is probably not as good a martial artist, but his films are easily better.

f**k You. Enter The Dragon is the best martial arts movie, as proven by every branch of physics.

Tony Jaa's cooler than Bruce Lee.

What, the non-martial art which was little more than resume padding for Mr. Lee? Yeah, I heard of it. As a matter of fact, I read his entire body of work concerning THAT little piece of "never tested in a real ight because it's a load of Hollywood hogwash" in a single afternoon- HEY! I heard some LARPERs developed a real life martial art! They call it "The Nine Deadly Foam Sword Strikes". Guess that makes them Grade A Genyooses, huh?

Let's be honest here, people. Jet Li was a much better on-camera martial artist than Bruce ever was. He was in better shape, moved faster, acted smoother, and his movies were just generally ten notches ahead. He didn't do interviews quite as well, and as an actor he takes a distant third to Bruce's second, but don't be fooled by the hype. Watch their movies for a change and stop spouting bullshit.

Look, I know you love playing the "too cool for school/everything that most people think is automatically wrong/all the great people are overhyped/this obscure figure was always better than the popular one!" devil's advocate, but you just ain't getting off the ground in this one chum.

Ooooo! No! Sorry. You failed to include "content" with that "pithy rant", which means you get nothing. I'd give you another chance, but you've had plenty already.

Oh, and Einstein? Jackie Chan is the highest grossing martial arts film star of all time, and one of the most prolific. Jet Li is right up there, too, especially since he broke into Hollywood in the late 90s (he's actually done more in the US, for major American markets, than Bruce Lee ever did). I don't know what rock you just crawled out from under, but those two cats ARE the mainstream. "Jet Li is obscure", shyeah. To YOU, maybe, who seems to have missed the past two decades of action films.

Spot o' advice: before you try and roll with a guy who's as too cool for school as I am, do your homework. If you think Jackie and Jet are "obscure", you have no business even opening your mouth in my presence.

I can agree with this statement.
Is that how you measure skill? by how much money someone makes at the box office? good job, you've ******** invalidated your entire argument, as not a single one of the people you've listed would have made as much without Lee bringing Martial Arts out of the gimmick niche it was before he came along.
Jet Li based his fighting on Fantasy and Traditional Kung Fu.

Bruce Lee based his fighting on Street Fighting. I know it is Street Fighting because he never does a Spinning rap, or a kick. Which is a good move to show on the Movie.

CHONG-LI! CHONG-LI! CHONG-LI! CHONG-LI! CHONG-LI! CHONG-LI!
Bruce Lee beats Jet Li and Jackie Chan. Wanna know why? Even though Jackie and Jet can scale walls and make action movies that are larger than life, Bruce knows REAL martial arts. Not the flying antics type, but the type that can take you down within a minute. A biography on Bruce Lee said that he would be challenged on the street and he would win. So he doesnt fly off buildings! he can still own Jackie and Jet.

Shame Bolo couldn't break through more. Bolo's got a hell of a screen presence.

And yes, Tony Jaa, what little I've seen, is worth watching too

Jackie Chan and Jet Li know actual martial arts too; they just use effects (Chan a lot less than Li) for the purpose of cinema.

And if we're going to talk about actual fights, Tony Jaa would probably knock Bruce Lee out in ten minutes.
Actually I'm better than both but I don't like to showoff
hmm i think jet lee is bettr... heheh
i'd say Jet Li. The dead don't have much time to adapt and learn new things; i can't get any new movies out of Bruce Lee and both are nothing more to me then Actors.
