1. Did Fancis have right to do that?
2. When is it acceptable to hit a woman?

1. No. But I read an article where he stated that Jayde threatened him by saying that she was going to "kill him".

Joe Francis

In his countersuit, Francis claims Nicole hit him in the head, threw the drink at him and said, "I'm going to kill you!"

However, I was watching the security tape and Francis deliberately pulled her hair when she was walking back to her original position. He forced his way through; self-defense was hardly the issue here. Then again, it relies on interpretation. For now, I'll say that he overreacted. Though, Jayde wasn't much better.

2. Self-defense: That is applicable to all genders, ages, and races. As long as they have a significant amount of reason to believe that it was a genuine threat, then it's OK to physically retaliate as a natural reaction (fight or flight).

Otherwise, fighting is stupid.

Youtube responses are generally idiotic. xp

How many of you have heard the story of what happened between Jayde Nicole and Joe Francis? Well here's the short verson of what happened, Joe Francis was hitting on a friend of both Jenner (her boyfriend) and Nicole. When Francis became very persistent, Jayde Nicole threw her drink on Francis. He then pulled Jaydes hair, punched her in the face, threw her to the ground, and then started kicking her (and yes this is true, there is security footage).

So my questions to you are...

1. Did Fancis have right to do that?
2. When is it acceptable to hit a woman?

In my opinion, he did not have the right to do that to her. She poored a drink on him, he has the right to poor a drink on her (plus it would be more classy then what he did), nothing more. Not because she is a girl, but because she is a human being. What she did was wrong, but all she did was poor a drink on him and he reacted by pulling her hair, throwing her on the ground, and kicking her. There were plenty of better ways he could have haddled the situation.

1. Joe Francis is a d**k. This is not news.

2. If a woman was beating you to the point you felt your life was truly threatened, I would expect anyone to fight back, regardless of gender.

If a total stranger said they were going to kill you, would you take it seriously?

They were dating...

-EDIT- I thought that was in the OP but maybe somebody else said it. Regardless, seeing as Jayde is a Playboy Bunny and Joe is the guy that makes "Girls Gone Wild", I find it doubtful that they didn't know each other.
When she hits you in the balls.
Or if she's a martial artist and just plain hits you.
But tickling is a good alternative too.
