I think the only thing that actually proves you're gay is having sex with the same sex. Fantasies are different because if you're like me sometimes you can't control your brain. I've thought about Jonny Deep a couple of times sweatdrop but I KNOW I'm not gay.

Having a crush on a member of the same sex is proof that you aren't straight. Never having had a crush on a member of the opposit sex is proof that you're gay.

Being gay is having an attraction to the same sex and not to the opposite sex. Bisexual is an attraction to both.
