I would suggest you google the Catechism of the Catholic Church to better understand the nature of sin.

Evil is defined in classic philosophy is the negation of good. This same classical philsophy would therefore state that any action which lacks or negates good is a sin.

EDIT

Even mundane or "neutral" behaviors are still one of the many good which God has give for us to do.

Actually, sins do exist and you know it. You are upsetting yourself with double think when in actuality there are many behaviors that you find disturbingly evil and wrong, though you might not use the terms "evil" and "sin" the concept applies.
