Well being a high school student,

1)Looking for a sence of Belonging/Acceptance
2)to be the one that is well known
3)All (well most) care about looks and overall appearance
4)Trying to find a way of making others feel bad about themselves just to make you feel better

well im sure there is lots more but....cant think too well

At one point they probably all wanted to burn the building down or blow it up

They are selfish, insecure, unsure of their futures, horny, begining to understand themselves, want to sleep more...yeah.

They all eventually learn that what they are learning is UTTERLY pointless, and that high school is NOTHING like the real world!

I'd have to say that's true, except for my one computer class. Everything else is a waste, I don't use math or chemistry in my restauruant, I use take-out containers and woks. eek

I think all high school students learn from curriculums prepared by men and women long removed from school and far from the real world, and I think all high school students are forced to spend too much time preparing for and taking standardized tests.

They all find some type of teacher that they say they wanna do
They all try to find a group they fit in
They all try to create an ultimite reputation
