Note: This is "The Official 2012 End of World Countdown", Official was cut to add in a 3rd date.
I am the semi-famous Riadse96 who in the Mortality and Religion forum waited 114 days to see if October 21st 2011 was the end of the world, and now I am breaking that record with 365 days of waiting for 2012, now with 150 days for May 27th 2012, and 164 for July 19th 2012
Note: I am so sorry if I can't update the current numbers, but I will try the best I can to update them every day!

I have just heard about this one, a Pastor named Ronald Weinland has predicted the world to end May 27th 2012. So yes he most likely is another Harold Camping with his own company "Church of God, Prepairing of the Kingdom of God" or cog-pkg (not associated with any other Church of God, but by that name only) which isn't much different from Camping's "Family Radio" which also convinced eBible Fellowship that May 21st 2011 and then October 21st 2011 would be the Rapture and the End respectively.
He has written a book called "2008- God's Final Witness" in which he states the 7th Seal was broken/opened November 14th, 2008, and the First trumpet blown one month later on December 14th 2008, with now the End of the World coming May 27th 2012.
He also claims he and his wife are the Two Witnesses of Revelation. Note that according to Wikipedia, he lesserly said September 29th 2011 (Michaelmas) was going to be the end but with nothing happening, changed it to this current date.
He even has a Prophecy chart

Now I only just heard of this, but an account on Youtube proclaims "I have been announced in a recent video that I have been chosen to be one of the two witnesses proclaimed in scripture that would emerge on the scene and proclaim the day of Yehshua's (Jesus) return. He will return on July 19th 2012"
I must thank user Queen Shining Heaven for giving me this info. So apparently likewise to Ron Weinland, this person claims he is one of the two witnesses of Revelation. I have just heard of this person, but apparently he has done more than Camping or Weinland or all other "doomday predicters" combined with OVER 300 DIFFERENT RELIGIOUS VIDEOS. One indeed he does speak of Harold Camping in which he does not believe in since: This video discusses Harold Camping's prediction of a May 21st rapture. In this video I had a typo in my notes and spoke July 2018. The correct date is the end of July 18th, 2012 as the 19th begins.
So maybe I am just a little interested, but a man dressing up as an Israelite with OVER 300 RELIGIOUS VIDEOS?!?!
This to me IS NOT your average religious fanatic!
So of course I am not going to say I believe in July19th, as I will with the other three, but this person is extremely impressive:

So is December 21st 2012 a day that is believed to be the end of the world or is just the last day pre-recorded in a version of the Mayan calendar, meant to be continued?
The thing about 2012 is the idea of other sources, not just the Mayan calender, but ideas of Nostradamus, a "Bible Code", "Web-bot", the Chinese "I Ching", Hopi Indians, and others.
Now the reason for this 365 days of waiting is to:
*Talk about theories on 2012
*Talk about Prophecies concerning 2012 or beyond (if there is beyond)
*Movies and Songs about 2012
*Talk about possible scenarios of what could happen on the date.
Now this is a general topic, but Religious ideas can be put in (and yes "NO MAN CAN KNOW THE DAY, NOT THE ANGELS, NOT THE SON, BUT ONLY THE FATHER KNOWS THE DAY" will be said alot; getting a little sick of it because it is possible to accurately predict such a day, but it doesn't mean 2012 will be, it could). I have a separate topic though for "What do you Believe by Faith about the End of the World? , but you can post your ideas here too if they involve 2012.
So can this be failure? Maybe if the world doesn't end 2012 this will be renamed "No the World didn't end on December 21st, 2012: Aftermath", and then of course Gaia is most likely going to make a hot topic for 2012, and I can only hope this gets enough attention for a Mod to post this as a tag for it.
