Maybe between 4 and 10, but I can't be more specific because I'm in a long-distance relationship, so I can only see my boyfriend once or twice a week on average. It's difficult to say precisely, because of the varying times we see each other... Sometimes a few days a week, sometimes once every two weeks.

When I was a teenager, but only because I could see my ex-boyfriend more often.
