I have an idea to improve sex offender lists: break them into categories based on the severity of the offense. Something akin to this:

Red list
Rapists, child pornographers and molesters.

Orange list
Consumers of kiddie porn, self exposers and public urinators.

Yellow list
Romeos (guys who had sex with underage girlfriends) and sexters.

And of course the different lists would have different degrees of supervision and restrictions on freedoms, with red having the most and yellow the least.

I agree with the idea of the categorized list, rather than treating all "sex offenders" as if they're child raping sex fiends, but indecent exposure and public urination belong on the yellow tier. It's....honestly not that bad. In fact, the construct of "EEK! A p***s!" is itself asinine. It's the human body, for ******** sake...

And what of the "EEK! A p***y!" Oh right, women can't be sex offenders, because they don't has a p3n!s....

Well, that too. Except I've never met someone who was mortified to see a v****a. In fact, quite the contrary...

that's the logic used whenever a female teacher rapes a male student. in those cases, I've seen children as young as 11 referenced as "nearly grown men capable of making their own decisions about sex," and even saying that it's criminal to punish the woman, since "no woman's gonna throw away her career to have sex with a student. clearly, if anyone's a criminal here, it's the student who tried to ruin the poor lady."

but the same logic is never applied when the genders are reversed, because "of course he'd throw away his career like that, because men are pigs"

Well, thats how it goes. People decorate their house to show that they are in the game. The more horrifying the house looks, the better the candy. Other holidays aren't about people taking treats from the home of a random stranger. They aren't relevant.

Even nursing women can be ticketed with indecent exposure if they aren’t properly covered with a nursing blouse, blanket, shawl, or some type of frontal cover. If they’re in breastfeeding designated areas, like nursing rooms, then of course they’re exempt at that time because it’s not like it’s a bathroom where other women with different things in mind come walking in.

I believe campsites and government (or privately) owned woodland areas are exempt to that restriction where urination is considered a norm for camping/hunting necessities.
