What do you think about school uniforms? What are its cons and pros?
Personally, I can barely think of any pros about them. But somehow many people can.
Cons;
Lack of creativity
Everyone looks the same
They're ugly as s**t. (I haven't met one person who disagrees with this)

And many people say it prevents people being made fun of because they can't afford brand names. That isn't really the reason. If there's one person who dresses from Wal-Mart, one from Hollister, and one from Hot Topic, guess who is getting made fun of? The hot topic one. I'm not saying that it is right, I'm just saying that that is usually how it is. Not the people who can't afford brand names.

School uniforms may be ugly, and im not really in agreement with them, but they have some advantages. If everyone looks moreless the same, theres less reason to throw labels on people. Plus they can be more secure then regular clouthing if designed with little or no pocket space, so its easier to keep track of what is entering and leaving the school.

Seriously, when I was younger I saw uniforms as the neatest thing.
I don't know how to explain it...I think it might've been from my sister watching Sailor Moon. >.>

All their school uniforms were so cool. o-o;;
But yeah...they're anime girls, uniforms like that don't exist in real life...I was 3 or 4, kay? D:

Mmm, but yeah, most people who aren't weirdo's like me deffinietly would apreciate expressing themselves through their clothes, and why should they be held back from doing so?

Well think about it. Six hours of school. Ten hours of sleep. Two through four hours of homework. That is barely enough time to do anything fun. And we don't just go to school and stare at the wall, most people are social in school and like to have an individual style.

Guess what? Most of us in here have gone to uniformed schools. I didn't think it was so bad. I was still creative enough to be taking several art classes a year and do art in my own time.
