Yes, there is a video of a beheading and, according to the link, some people want to ban it from the Internet and/or make snuff films illegal(if they aren't already). Some are saying it's fake, some aren't. You know how movies of gruesome things work.

Now, since this is a beheading, I'm going to go ahead and say: do NOT watch this if you are underage, have a weak stomach, or don't want to be scared.

Be careful if you email the video link to others - people have reported angering their friends by sending this to them. Other fears were more spiritual: some feared that their soul had been permanently harmed by watching this video.
Adverse reactions have lasted typically hours, but some may last a day or more. I am not aware of one person who had nightmares for weeks, but other than that, I am not aware of any long-lasting, serious or fatal adverse reactions to date.

Now, if you won't watch it, here's a summary. Two men are in a forest, tied up and gagged. There are two or more other men with them -- the neo-nazis, I'd assume -- who are dressed in forest camouflage. A camo clad man take one of the bound men and proceeds to cut into his neck with a knife. After about a minute of cutting, gurgling, and sawing noises, the man's head comes off. The knife wielding guy places the dead dude's head on his body. The camera man shows the swastika behind them. You hear a gunshot. The camera man shows the second bound man in a grave. The end (I think).
To be honest, I completely lost my train of thought on this, so I'll just ask for you opinions on this video, other snuff films, and the authenticity of the video. Oh, and your reaction to the thought/sight/sound, too.
Oh, and people, if you find this link too offensive, tell me and I will take it down. I'm sick of having threads deleted.
