Never before has the federal government forced individuals and organizations to do some thing that goes against their morals, their conscience, their beliefs!

Well, that's definitely bullshit. How about the Fugitive Slave Act for starters? How about Prohibition?

I could probably think of others. So could the rest of us.

My mistake, that is very unfortunate to hear. Even so, are we going to continue to let this happen again or not? I only ask for my fellow Americans support.

I read recently that Larry the Cable Guy doesn't actually have an accent at all and had to learn it. I was hoping he had a doctorate in something, because that would be humorously awesome, but alas the fates did not see fit to humor me.

You can not legally support this due to separation of church and state. I can respect your opinions but that does not validate them when concerning matters within legal confines. In order to be a proper citizen under a republic you must first agree to what the republic stands for; if not then you should be obligated to not concern yourself with its affairs.

Like I said earlier, I caught it on the news this morning on FOX and The Catholic bishops of the United States have already taken action encouraging the people to support the Respect for Rights of Conscience Act. Just last Sunday, I remember our church's pastor bringing it up during mass so I really do not believe this is faulty although I haven't thoroughly searched it on the net yet. I believe a variety of online news sites are a hassle and extremely confusing. I like to rely on broadcasted television news.

Well it seems to me that the religious people are constantly crossing that line themselves - banning gay marriage, censoring music, trying to outlaw mosques in New York, attempting to teach creationism in schools, etc. So if this gets knocked down with a court decision, oh well. fun fact: pastors are not infallable. They're just normal people, who read from a book. And this one, was inserting his own personal experiences into God's worship, so......does that seem right? It doesn't. It applies to ALL hospitals. The only way that a religious group that is against birth control can avoid being forced to go against their doctrine is to refuse to treat anyone of their religion.
In other words, you show up in an ambulance, before they ask 'what's the emergency', they ask 'are you a practicing Catholic?'
The Army is even banning their Catholic Priests from reading the letter from the Bishops on this issue.
