Do Infantilists go in them? No offense?

Usually, yes. Though there are lots of us who find the thought repulsive, and only wear diapers for the comfort, those who are comfortable with one thing, but not with another, and such. Some of us don't even like diapers at all.

You'll find that lots of things are kind of a case-by-case basis, and a little bit different between every person, just like almost every other interest or hobby or anything.

Apparently it matters to a lot of people. Also why is bondage and BDSM more accepted than Infantalism? Bondage and BDSM hurts people and puts them in physical pain.

From reaction from people I've seen(has had a few online friends who liked to be treated as babies), people tend to think of it as a form of *****, mostly because they are grossly misinformed about the subject.

There are 2 that I know of, ABU and Bambino. I love the Bambinos, they are so thick and feel like real baby diapers, haven't tried the ABU ones though, they are a tad expensive and they actually discriminate against more bigger ABs. There are also Classy Comfort diapers, those are like $2-$2.50 for a single diaper and they are more like a sissy/girlie print
