Because it's not as simple as that.
For one, a lot of regression'ists (I like that term better than infantilists, frankely), do not play at that age. Me included.
For second, infantilists who play 24/7 without stopping are actually a rare breed, and one I'm baffled by as much as you. Vast vast majority do this as a sideline private venture, not a complete way of living.
