I can't say I've seen a determinable trend in this, though it's more common that sissy babies generally give themselves a different name as to more assume the feminine identity. With me, it's more a diminutive of my name, going from Daniel to Danny, though I OCCASIONALLY go by 'Temmy', just because the name is so cute. That's my extremely rare gentle and perfectly behaved side.

Depends, I sometimes get shy even when I regress. Anti-social kind of shy though. Just wanna curl up, get warm and maybe just be hugged or put down for a nap. Like a real child I guess. My mood shifts just as rapidly.

That makes sense. In a way, I'm similar, though it's not really an "anti-social shy" and more a "I'm sleepy and cranky and someone better make it better right now or you'll deal with me being cranky!"
