As to the question I missed answering due to activity: Yes, I have told all my family and friends.

Results:

All but one friend accepted it, oddly enough the one who didn't accept it is a homosexual furry whom is a fan of BDSMesque sex. Still haven't quite got my head round that.

Parents - Daddy is fine with it, he spoke to his therapist and she told him it's completely safe and healthy. As for my Mommy? She's accepted it though I don't believe she likes it, they never really discuss it. I always discuss it with my friends because they're open minded and comfortable with it. One of them, a lesbian, sometimes likes calling me her little boy, but we've never actually done anything infantile in nature (Though we did recently make a MASSIVE cookie together, 14" long, 8" wide, 2" thick...And that was badass.)
