By the way, are you aware there are more religious to practice than just christianism? Not every religion believes in the same things you do, you know, so how can you be sure that what you believe is right? That's right, you can't. So stop bugging us and trying to convert us because it's not going to work.

And about the praying and going to church stuff: I think it's a total waste of time because I don't believe in all those things. Not going gives me more time to do homework or do something I really feel like doing. If you want to go to church in your spare time, well go ahead, I'm not stopping you. But let me stay home and do what I think is right: do homework and pass my exams so I can build up my future.

According to Chrisitanity: Hell is simply a place that God created to fulfill his decision to give humans free will. Because God gave humans freewill, they have the choice to believe or not believe. You can take all the fiery hells, burning rivers, so on so forth...and drink em all up and flatulate them out for all I care. Has anyone noticed the bible is very male based? Where is the female perspective, how do we know the bible hasn't been altered to suit certain autocratic figures in history? Now, as I was saying, Hell is simply a place that God was FORCED to create in order to fulfill his gift of freewill. Hell is a place that exists to let those who do not wish to be with God, exist somewhere else away from him. God will not force anyone to live with him...so that alternative (hell) must exist to make sure that humans have freewill at all times.

Now...with that being said, this is completely according to Christianity and has nothing to do with what I believe. Just bringing some simple logic to the equation to explain to all the radical Christian fellows here that hell is most likely not a bad place to be. The only reason why it seems bad, is because believing Christians could not imagine being in a place separated from their almighty God, therefore its the worst thing that exists and they give all these horrible descriptions and alliterations to hell...a place away from God.

wow you think that's all there is to being a christian? I'm not a christian but i once was, and it's not just 'praying, going to church, and reading the bible'. in fact you can be a devout christian and do none of those things.

and i'm not a christian cause i will not support a religion that aggresively fights against the rights of others. ie the right to religious freedom, the right to marriage, the right of free speach.

Let me ask you a question. let's say there is a god. except he's not your god, he's some other religions god. and he asks you 'why did you support a religion that harms others?' and sends you to hell. wouldn't it be easier to think for yourself and go to heaven then to follow around some book that has been changed over and over again?

Not necessarily. I recommend you read paradise lost. there is a big debate whether or not 'the fall' ie eve eating the apple and gaining the knowledge of life, was a bad thing or a good thing. we did after all have free will even before gaining sin, with which came the looming danger of hell.

Well, death was being used here to refer in a metaphorical sense to being sent to Hell.

The person is saying that they don't care if God is real(and so they must have other objections to YHWH than simply the lack of evidence for his existence, at least if they want their position to make logical sense). They would stick to their current beliefs, and get punished for it.

if you don't see what that has to do with god giving people freewill, then i recommend you reread my post. god gave people freewill when he created them, NOT when they ate from the tree of life. When they atefromthe tree of life is when they gained sin. When they gained sin was when they became eligible for hell.
understand now? Hell didn't exist for humans, it was created when god banished Satan from heaven.
