You get to become any animal you want.
You keep your mental capabilities, your memories, your talents, and you vocal abilities, so you'd be able to talk and process data as any human can.
But you'd get the physical traits of the animal you choose, and the required upbringing-based skills to utilize it. (e.g. if you become a bird, you can fly. If you become a dolphin, you can use your blow hole, etc)
You keep certain human physical traits, though. You will live to the same age as a normal human, and your fur or feathers (if any) will change to the shade of gray with time, and your skin will become thin and wrinkly.
The catch is that you would never be able to transform back to a human again.
What animal do you choose?
I'd become an Eurasian brown bear. It's moderately sized and looks really bear-y, while no one would ever mess with me. Plus, I'd maintain some basic motor skills due to my claws, so I could still pick up things, flip pages in a book, type on a keyboard, the likes. I'd also be able to walk on 2 legs with some training. And, once I hit the 50 year mark, I'd be a gray-furred, wise, talking bear.
