Heyo Christians. This sunday I'll be going to a church for the actual service for the first time in oooooo around 7 or 8 years. I'm an oathbreaker. And I'm uncertain, but depending upon your definition of "blasphemy against the holy spirit" I've committed that too.

Jesus said that about people who claimed his miracles (specifically casting out demons) were done through the use of demonic powers. these days most people believe that either God was behind them or they didn't happen.

I've heard some define it more broadly as claiming or attributing any of God's miracles such as creation as done by another supernatural power or entity, which I've done. I never specifically said Jesus did something like raising the dead via the power of demons.

personally I don't think that God would withhold forgiveness from someone who honestly repented. I mean, I was taught that the holy spirit is the part of God that lives inside of us and helps us to lead Christian lives, including ask for forgiveness...so it's like when tech support people can't fix your computer over the internet, because your internet connection itself is broken.
