Now everyone who posts here must quote this pic
(or the one in my sig. You choose.)
That would be spamming, and trolling.

Not to mention a sad excuse for an argument.

Oh, and:

Okayokayokay, because you did that I'm just going to start an argument.
I argue that Heaven is not all we want. But at the same time it is. How? As a Christian grows in the faith, what God wants differs from what they want. But what God wants matters more. So this presents a dilemma! But as the Christian grows and matures what God wants....becomes what they want! And Heaven's described more as a place of rest than anything else!

OP, read a Bible.
Why, is contributing to the thread too hard for you?

I just did. ^_^ You wanna learn about what is said about Heaven you can read it and even get back at Christians who don't know their s**t....with their own s**t! heart
Seems like a waste of time to me.

Oh, and IN B4 SOMEONE SAYS THIS THREAD IS A WASTE OF TIME.

Obviously I thought it was worth cogitating on.

It's not gonna get through, you do realize.
The context not only makes you a hypocrite (on which note they'll drop the report ticket) but my response was technically valid.

Wouldn't heaven be a paradise for the soul not the flesh? Read something to that effect once.

This actually makes a lot of sense. A person can maintain their individuality, but in an eternity with God, they would become closer to God and more like God, and therein find true happiness in achieving "oneness."

Very good response, I must admit. I'm impressed.

Except I never was trolling. Perhaps that response technically could be considered spamming, but I have not trolled.

No one was trolling anyone, so it's a moot point.

~Then why did I find some morning wood, my shirt rather wet, and a fresh breeze ?

******** yeah with a ******** ******** of a b***h-a** shitted ********.
Actually, dropping the "beating a dead horse" picture is designed to incite a reation, which is trolling, and having everyone quote it to make a point would have been trolling (and note how I said WOULD and not something in the present tense). And because I'm not butthurt over everything, I don't report people for trolling/spamming, unless it is seriously hurting the thread.

It is interesting how difficult it is for EDers to remain on topic. This is supposed to be the "smart" part of Gaia.

Yeah...?

Uh, no. Just because you don't like what someone has to say doesn't mean they are trolling.

You need to read Gaia's definition of trolling. It's either in the ToS or Rules and Guidelines. This has nothing to do with what I "like," I actually liked the picture because it made a reference to Office Space.

What if everybody goes to a different heaven? What I mean is... Well, I'm not good at explaining things. So, say heaven is in another universe. It's one world. But what if, there are countless universes, each containing a heaven for a different person. They think they see the ones they love, but it's not truly their loved ones, as they are in a different heaven. It's merely a copy of their loved one.
But a lot of people want to TRULY be with their loved ones. Would God lie to them for their happiness?

You're assuming a person can't exist in more than one place.
No, I'm not. That's what I've been TOLD by Christians. They say they retain themselves and their consciousness as it is today. That means they can't have multiple selves in multiple realms. And to make a "perfect" family member would require changing fundamental parts of their personality, which also conflicts with the claim that we remain intact.

It doesn't mean that at all. Use some imagination, think outside the small box you shape your universe as.
Don't ******** tell me what small box you think I'm in. I understand the concept. It does not, however, work with how people describe their "contained" consciousness.

Xianity isn't containable.
