I don't particularly like either, for some reason I always liked the Carthaginians. The Romans always seemed like such hedonistic douchebags and the Greeks seemed incredibly...gay, but the Hellenistic world gave enormous contributions to the arts, sciences and mathematics while the Romans pretty much just concentrated on further organising and systematising a** kicking and the a** kicking procedure...so I guess I'll go with the lesser of two douchebags. I prefer the Greeks.

Although the Romans were superior architects and basically invented the spectator sport.

They are both rad in my eyes but the Greek get my vote for having better mythology, heros, & societies.

For those who say that the Romans appropriated the Greek culture and gods, this is probably because according to most of their origin stories, they were actually descendants of the Greeks. The story of Aeneas is that he was a Trojan in the Trojan War who lost and took the rest of the losers off on this epic journey until he founded Rome.
