Oh man, I hate those kind of people.
Strangely enough, I had this conversation with my Pastor.

I'm not christian, nor do I have any religion, but I go to a christian youth group and their a bunch of fun loving people. My pastor says that he doesn't hate gay people, nor does god. Like everything we do, there will be things god likes and doesn't like. (I don't believe in god, but he has a point)

God LOVES us all, but he doesn't like it when we sin.
God LOVES homosexuals, he just doesn't like what they do.

My pastor is the same way. He loves the people, just doesn't like their actions.

But those people that crowd around in large groups with Anti-gay signs aren't really people at all. Their just too tied down to their "religion" and are not thinking of other people.

I hate them. Is there really a point? We dont' crowd around outside churches and say "We hate christians.."

Yeah, people forget the whole "God loves everyone, even sinners" thing. God doesn't hate. He can dislike what someone is doing, but he doesn't hate.

And I used to go to a Christian Youth group at my church too... We had a game where we threw ice at each other. I hit a guy directly in the ear. It was funny.
rolleyes Honestly.... sometimes I worry about the level of intelligence of the people who make these kind of lists.

And whatever happened to Rod Stewart with 'The Killing of Georgie'? And Mika with 'Billy Brown'?
I'm not Christian, but I go to a Christian youth group, where everyone knows that I'm a lesbian. (Seriously, by the 24th Century it's not an issue... redface maybe I've said too much...) Everyone's alright with it.
Personally, I think that what someone wants to do in their own home is their own business.

the site is bull. if your homosexual, then your homosexual. and no amount of "therapy" or any drugs will change that. Beging homosexual is fine and is just as natrual as being straight.

DO try to keep in mind that people who weren't Christian a very very very long time ago in non-Christian countries got married as well. So, getting "married" wasn't just a Christian thing.

Also, with that logic that gays shouldn't be allowed to get married because the "church invented it" then I'm forced to believe that people who are, say, Buddhist can't get married either, because it's a "church" thing.

Marriage is about love, not making babies. We're in the 21st Century, and 12th.

Haha Cannibal corpse is gay in some way? Wow, the church groups are using agenda-pushing as a cover for pushing more agendas!!!! That's actually unprescedented...I find it funny that there are parents who believe this kinda thing...
Why are the The Killers on the bad list? eek
Marriage is a secular institution that unknown in origin. The church didn't create marriage, marriage is thousands of years older than Christianity. It's orgin is most likely in time and place of the Sumerians.

Marriage is about whatever the individual wants it to be. Marriage is universally for two or more persons being recognized as one within their government, society, and/or religion.

And where's the poll option that says "Straight person who supports Gay people"?

@Big_Ass_Guitar_Gun: Good point.
