I saw an article about this incident in my local newspaper. Needless to say I was appalled. NO child should EVER be treated that way, regardless of what problems they have or don't have. The teachers and aides responsible should have their credentials revoked and then be sterilized with rusty blades. Its reprehensible that such scum were EVER allowed to teach.
