And why does America have the latest technology? Capitalism.

Exactly, Russia and China did Communism to early, but we are updated far beyond everyone in Military that's why we should switch to Communism. In WWII people in America were thinking of switching to Communism because they would all share the wealth and no one would have to bring in Barrels of money to buy necessary things such as food. If we switch we would all be equal, plus we would already be ready to defend against attacks. the U.S. is to aggressive anyway.

And eventually, America will no longer be leading in technology.

Not True, Russia had great Military Technology during the Cold War, they had better technology then us. But they spent to much time Producing and Maintaining these weapons, what I propose is to keep a Balance between the two, and since we are so far in technology we have a head start to just concentrate on the Economy. Just as long we don't spend to much time on either one we will do fine. Making everyone equal in our life would eliminate most of the depression in our country to.

You do know that they stole a crapload of technology from us right? Can anyone say nuclear?

They had way better spies than us. Thus, they legitimately acquired nuclear technology. They funded espionage more as it's a more versatile investment than R&D.

But still, they should've given R&D more funding than oppressing the moderately wealthy for the sake of lowly proles and corrupt oligarchs.
