It's about the dolphin massacre in Japan, and it's just horrible.

"all issues are equally pointless." and with that little bit of superiority complex put aside i would like to ask you something. Why should i care about "the war in Iraq," "starving kids in africa," or even just any old human catastrophe or human extinction problem to begin with? Humans can be just as boring and irrelevant as animals so what problem is of such a higher caliber that i should care. Hell why should ED have to cover more important things when I'm sure most of us don't even do much to help the things we do care about anyway. And since i already hear the "more important issues" all over the place anyway why shouldn't a small portion of ED cover what you and all others who made similar posts view as "not a big deal."

Of course this is going off the base that all other big issues that you were talking about were based in human problems. If not then again what does it matter anyway. What trumps this if it isn't about humans to begin with?
