Nikki is just an attention whore plain and simple and is doing what ever she can to get more attention and fame.

I think her sad excuse for a story doesn't really make good use of such intense blasphemous imagery. I wouldn't mind the Catholic imagery if she actually had a statement to make, but she's just being vulgar and offensive and can't even come up with a convincing excuse.

Which is funny, because Gaga came up with the different versions of a personality prior to this, and it was done prior to that by David Bowie, and others, as well as the Catholic Church stuff being done by Madonna, Gaga and others before Manaj.
She's about as original as diarrhea, and really just seeing what others are doing and getting attention, then attempting to do the same thing herself.
Gaga at least has an agenda. Manaj just seems lost.

I saw it, and I thought it was over the top and unnecessary.

I get annoyed at how people are targeting the Church for entertainment and shock purposes. Its one of those things that, if it was any other group, like blacks, or buddhists, or Native Americans, or a number of any other groups, I dont imagine as many people would be dismissive or permissive.

Ultimately, I dont pay attention to stuff like this though and dont waste energy publicly because talking at length about it feeds into her whole motivation for doing so- to get attention.
