Well then I guess you can just let them have sex become parents, because birth control doesn't always work, and drop out of school. Oh, or since condom don't always work how about getting AIDS?
How about people just stop having sex then? Cause there's no way to tell who has AIDS and who doesn't. rolleyes
Back to the discussion at hand, I see no harm in elementary schools providing birth control to those who think they may have sex. Schools here in California start talking about sex in the 4th grade (a little late to hear about the differences between a boy and a girl imo). Since the schools talk about sex and how to have safe sex then I see no problem with them supplying the products to these kids who are at school all day anyway. It's convenient for them.
Having contraceptives available in a front office is not promoting sex.
