But while you're here, any teamwork-related tips? As in, getting every active alter on the same page when it comes to life issues like work, paying rent, while also attending to eachother's emotional/mental needs outside of the therapy office? My partner has DID and is currently struggling with that very thing. However, his system has only fifteen members. They're fairly integrated without losing their individuality, but there's still progress to be made.

We're on a set income and our bills are a set amount each month. (We live with another family to whom we pay a specific amount each month for rent, food/toiletries costs and our part of the bills while they pay the rest, including any fluctuations.) The rest of our income is divided, x chunk being set aside for "rainy day" funding and then divided evenly among each alter for clothes, toys, activities and what not that the individual wants, but doesn't necessarily need. How each one spends their personal fund is on them, with the older alters helping the younger ones, but not dictating how they spend theirs.
P.S. We are on disability.

As for personal time, most of us prefer to remain internal the majority of the time, but we do all get "body time" as desired, taking equal turns when more than one wants it, usually drawing straws or flipping coins when we can't agree on who gets turn x, y, or z.
