Personally, i think it will be the end of mankind. Not all at once though. There will be a fight for survival, against zombies, and also creatures. I think the movie "Resident Evil: Extinction" Portrays a great "end of world" scenario.

Those movies were horrible and absolutely destroyed the good name of the games =(

I remember telling my sister as the movie was ending, "If there is an army of Alices, than that would make it the gayest ending possible." Sure enough there they all were gonk

On topic, however: As a believer in God, I wont believ the end of times is coming until I see the signs stated in the bible coming true.

2012 is actually the end of the Mayan calendar, not necessarily a prophecy that "the world is going to end". At the most it's going to be an end of an era and a shift in overall mental awareness. Nobody is going to spontaneously combust or explode, if you are one of those people, breweries are still making plenty of beer. Go have a pint or two and live your life instead of fearing the end.

It's the end of the Mayan calendar, not the world. It's the beginning of the 5th age of central control. Going to be interesting nonetheless to see what pans out over the next 4 years.

Yeah, the world will end. Since I am just in a really long dream, and when I die I will awake in a newborns body in a different world. I have decided my world will come to a complete end during December.

I don't believe the world will end on that date. Many tend to get scared or paranoid when it's mentioned but I'm definitely positive that looney's will take advantage of them and milk them for profit.
