Well...it all depends on your kind of wrestler...Are you a brawler like Brody and Hogan or acrobatic like Mysterio and Dynamite? One thing to work on, NO MATTER WHAT, is landing. I once messed up a front drop kick. I was up to chin level and fell, hitting my upper back. I had to stomach breathe for a few seconds. Ugh...so yeah work on damage minimalization. Also, self control is key. Showing a little light occasionally is ok if it means that you don't end up retiring a wrestler accidentally, like those power plant guys or Goldberg. Also, stretch...Alot...
