cheerleading is not a sport
Competitive Cheer is a sport. It falls under the definition of what a sport is.
Sideline is not.
Did you know that more people get injured playing cheerleading than football and soccer and basketball combined?? No?! Didn't think so. Because you don't even know that cheerleading[of all genres] is in fact a sport.
DERP U GUIZ CHEERLADING R SO DANGERIS IT IS 2 A SPOERT! Honestly cheerleading is for retarded preppies who can't do any real physical activity.
Why don't you go watch a competition and educate yourself. I happen to hate the idiots who talk like that as much as anyone, more-so because they give us a bad rep. They confirm stupid stereotypes and make it harder for us to get past them, as you have already proved. I respect your opinion of it not being a sport, or whatever you think of it, but to generalize us all as "retarded preppies" is rude, obnoxious, and ignorant. Is it seriously necessary to bash people because they enjoy cheerleading? I'm not going to bombard you with all this "cheerleading is dangerous and hard work" stuff, but seriously, look into something before you decide to not give it the merit it deserves.
You confirm the stereotypes not me. Cheerleading isn't a sport, the end.
How did I confirm any stereotypes? I was saying that people who TYPPEEE LEIK DISS!!1! confirm stereotypes that make it hard for us to be taken seriously, and that you can't generalize all of us into that category. Seriously, that's the only reason I even replied. I honestly couldn't care less that you think it's not a sport, I respect your opinion, and the fact that you choose to be ignorant to the fact that it is good physical activity. It would be nice to have some respect back, thanks.
