Running is best, as in efficient. It wont tire you out as bad as swimming or jump rope.

Jump rope is NOT exercise. It is simply hand-eye coordination work. Minimal cardio work, perhaps, but it's mainly hand-eye.

Swimming is most effective, but leaves you exhausted.

what you're gonna wanna do is get some under armor and a sweat shirt, and go run for 20-30 minutes. if you don't got under armor, trash bags, and duct tape them to them have no outlet, so all the sweat just stays there and keeps you warmer. put a sweat-shirt over though.

what weight class, whens the match, and where you from?
IMHO it is best to mix up your routine, so I would have to say all 3
all three. swimming is amazing tho. then the other two.

I personally prefer a football style work out. Try a core work out and hit the weights, the quickest way to lose wieght it so turn it into muscle. But yeah running will help the most for the stomach area due to the twisting when you run.

i'd have to say swimming
a combination of running and crunches I think. Running is really good exercise, plus, it doesn't require much skill, whereas swimming, you'd have to be a very good swimmer, skipping rope you'd have to practice that to get it right...
