Hey!
I need some advice!
I wanted to do gymnastics again! But I'm not sure I would be able to because I'm not flexiable anymore crying
Ermm...atm, i can still do cartwheels, a bridge and I can put my legs over my head. And thats about it. But I'm quite good at the trampoline(sp?)
I cant do the splits anymore stressed
I'm quite skinny and I'm 5'3 and way like...7 stones 2 onces sweatdrop
Do you think I could still try it, or would it be a waste of my time?
I really love gymnastics! I really find rhythmic gymnastics aweeesome! even though I dont think I could achieve that crying
I dont want to be like some sort olympic gymnist(sp?) or something
But I'm taking this very seriously
so what do you think? Any advice?

Flexability is all about practice. You have to train your body to move that way, if you can't do splits now with a lot of determination (and a few months) you'll be able to do them again. Talk with your gymnastics coach about excersizes for flexibility.

i just recently quit team gymnastics and if you really want to do it you have to have lots of spare time. it takes a lot of comitment...but it is fun when you learn how to tumble! if you strech every day you will get flexable pretty fast. anyway i learned that you have to start when you are young or elese you wont get very far...
