Frank Mir vs. Cheick Kongo
Kenny Florian vs. Clay Guida
Jon Fitch vs. Mike Pierce
Paul Buentello vs. Stefan Struve
Alan Belcher vs. Wilson Gouveia
Shane Nelson vs. Matt Wiman
Johny Hendricks vs. Ricardo Funch
Rousimar Palhares vs. Lucio Linhares
Damarques Johnson vs. Edgar Garcia
Kevin Burns vs. T.J. Grant

My predictions for the card
BJ Penn > Diego Sanchez
Even though Diego Sanchez has a lot of experience (21-2-0), compared to BJ Penn (14-5-1), Penn has the quality of experience ... fighting the likes of Hughes, St. Pierre, and Sherk ... sure Sanchez is insane ... he is aggressive ... but if Penn can weather the storm, he will no doubt take it ... especially if it goes to the ground ... stand up wise though Sanchez could take it ... but Penn has some very good boxing and an iron chin ... I see Penn taking it ...

Frank Mir > Cheick Kongo
If Fank Mir doesn't go and decides to strike with Chieck Kongo, then Mir will no doubt submit him ...

Kenny Florian - Clay Guida
This match is hard to read ... both are both coming off losses ... both will be hungry ... Florian especially ... he no doubt want to stay in the title picture ... same with Guida ... we will have to see who imposes their will ...

Jon Fitch > Mike Peirce
Jon Fitch is a tough guy ... iron chin, durable, and is very skilled ... even though Peirce had a teriffic debut against Brock Larson ... that is no way good enough to topple the Fitch juggernaut ...

Paul Buentello > Stefan Struve
The return of "The Headhunter" ... can someone say knockout ...

Alan Belcher < Wilson Gouveia
Shane Nelson < Matt Wiman
Johny Hendricks > Ricardo Funch
Rousimar Palhares > Lucio Linhares
Damarques Johnson - Edgar Garcia
Kevin Burns > T.J. Grant
I would really like to see Frank Mir win against Cheick Kongo and get another shot at Brock Lesnar.
BJ is definitely going to beat Diego. If Diego thinks the strategy he used against Guida will work on Penn, he's going to be in for a surprise. I say BJ finishes the fight before it even goes to the championship rounds.

As for Mir v. Congo, I really pray Congo has improved his ground like he says, but i just don't know if I can trust it. I'm hoping for Congo to KO Mir, and hopefully shut him up for good.
Well my prediction wasn't right but BJ sure did work Diego. WAR PENN!

Jeez it seems like Clay is way to one dimensional now. I think he needs a new training camp. Work his stand up alot more.

I would just think that that is his style ... he is kinda like a caveman with a club ... he'll clubber you ... if he hits ... he is more of a wrestler anyway ...
Anyone got predictions ...

I don't really want to guess on the full under card, because there are fighters I don't know.
I know Guida is a wrestler but, it's obvious that if he can't shoot on you or at least put other on their back he is going to lose. I mean if he could just work on his stand up abit more then he would do so much better in getting those takedowns. I think he should go to Greg Jackson's camp and try and learn how GSP did just this time with the stand up instead of the wrestling.
Scott Smith vs Cung Le was a Savage fight, I was under the impression that Cung Le wouldn't be what he was and I was right. No one ever said that Scott Smith didn't have a punchers chance and he proved it. Thompson vs Melendez was freaking vicious lots of intense exchanges and they both pushed the pace. El Nino deserved a win due to superior strikes. And to finish off, I've got big hopes for King Mo, I like his cocky yet skilled attitude and style that a lot of the best boxers have, I was wondering when that attitude was going to transition to MMA xD.

As for Cerrone vs Ratcliff I call bullshit. Three knees to the groin is just unacceptable, you can't recover from that during the duration of the fight. Not to mention Cerrone grabbed on to the cage with his hands to improve position for his submissions. That fight should have been called a NC or even a DQ.

I didn't see the card but, I heard Thompson vs Melendez is in the running for fight of the year.

If anything Ratcliff showed that he has a big heart, an iron will, a fighting spirit, lots of guts ... and of course a bunch of balls ...
