I've competed in maybe 8ish? How about you? I don't get a lot of time to compete anymore. I teach a lot though.

I do Kuk sool won and I have been doing it for 7 years. I am a second degree black belt and I am the highest ranking girl at my school. I love it so much. I also help teach the lower belts.

Like I mentioned I'm a Taekwondo/Hapkido guy. I also do Kendo. I am a second degree black belt in Taekwondo, and a first degree in Hapkido. I train every day on my own, and when I'm not working I try to take class at least once a week (I know, it's hardly enough crying ). However I do get to teach my own classes two days a week.

i usually train every tue. wed. fri. for atleas 2hrs at a time, its really hard to find time for it between school and work.

also my instructor wants to get a guys team togeather to start training for nationals soon, so im not going to have too much time for anything any more for about a year or so
