How fast can you run a mile?

and now my sophomore ear 5 min 1 second i slipped at the start or else it woulda been way faster ion football i weigh 146 im a QB and i run a 4.6 as a sophomore

Heh, in my prime I did I was 8m40s. I doubt I can go under 10m now. Working at a sushi bar has dangerous side effects on your belly. As does crab wantons, tempura shrimp, and your very own kickass fried rice....

idk cuz we had to run the mile around some flags, and the teachers realized the flags were too close together, so we ran like 3/4 of a mile

I THINK ITS LIKE 7,8,9 MINUTES...i really dont know...i run it every friday in gym class...i always pretend to throw up but my gym teacher knows me to well...lol
