lol I dunno...I dont usually time myself but last time I did was almost 8 min lmao...Im not build to run fast, I can go the distance tho. Im 180 lbs of pure grease and fat! lmao jk2

but now im just in track due to leg problems
My fastest mile is 6:34
though my normal is like 7:04

Thats not where my talent is though. the 800 is where its at ;]


OO and one of the fastest kids in the nation goes to my school
his names connor adams
he runs like a 4:14 or somthin like that
and ran three miles in 15 minutes or so (that was the fastest time in the nation btw)

Hmm in gym class last year I ran the mile 4 times and my avrage was 6min 58 sec but now I bet its less because Im out of shape...In 2 weeks the season starts and Ill be in shape real quick...I know I could sprint the entire mile but I never have cuz I dont like to feel gassed...
