My fastest is about 10 minutes, which ain't fast at all.

I'm training now, so I'm picking up speed. *Shrugs, smiles.*

I can't remember the time I actually ran a full mile...but I can walk/run a mile in bout 10-12 mins...This is coming from a cross-country runner. confused

I run in track and i'm long distance. believe it or not I ran a mile in 5mins 13secs. I'm hoping to get faster though.

I'm a rebel. I don't "run" the mile, I stick my nose in the air and walk it.



In other words, I'm soo sloooow. I hate running. Plus, I have asthma. Not using that as an excuse because I rarely even use an inhaler. I just hate running the mile.
Plain and simple.
