I personally like Forrest Griffin. But I also like Diego Sanchez, Kendall Grove, and Amir Sadollah. But of the alums, I like Chris Leben, Ed Herman, Matt Brown, and Phillip Nover. Of course almost like a guilty pleasure, Ilike Junie Browning.

Its funny how everyone is on Forest griffins nuts but he lost to Rashad evens and Tito Ortiz and Keith Jardine...Forest is good but The best fighter to come out of the show is prolly Diago sanchez...Joe Stevenson is One of the best too...

But you have to look at who Forrest has fought and how well he has done in a totally different division. He has beaten Jeff Monson (top 15 HW), Chael Sonnen (top 25 LWH, top 15 MW), Stephan Bonnar, Mauricio Rua (was #1 LWH), Rampage (was #1 LWH). Forrest has only lost to Tito (when Tito was a top 5), Jardine (top 10 LHW), and Rashad (top 5). Diego has only one win over a top 10 fighter in Joe Stevenson and that was when they were dropping Stevenson's rank because he was not a top 10 in the first place. Yea, he has fought some names, Karo Parisyan (all washed up now), Kenny Florian (in Kenny's 3rd fight) and Nick Diaz, but when you compare the talent they have fought against Forrest has had tougher fights and has done better against tougher competition. Even when he loses, the fight is questionable, arguably he beat Tito, he was beating Rashad until Rashad landed a lucky punch. That is why Forrest is ranked higher than Diego.
