...besides me? confused Personally, I love it. It is so fun to watch! (and Johnny Weir never fails to crack me up). The way the skaters express themselves (if they do it right) through their skating is absolutely beautiful. And it also takes strength. Triple axels take years of hard work! And the quads the men are doing now are awesome!

I like synchronized skating a lot better, but figure skating is fun, even if I'm not too good at any jumps. xD;

Figure skating is quite beautiful, but I always cringe to think of the bruises and cuts that the skaters must get... *shudders* My hat goes off to anyone who has decided that skating is their life's calling...

I had up to my double lutz and was working on double axel had gold skills and working on gold dances but i had to quit cause it was so expensive i'm going farther with a different sport now but i miss skating whee |

i personally dont skate but a few of my friends do and i think its just amazing that anyone could have that much ballence and control on the ice

The skates are way too thick and curved. D: I do speedskate though. But they're almost completely different. |
