resitance band buy one of those hard to strech bands and try to pull it hard as you can and . it should have instructions on the box if u buy a resistance band.

Only certain martial arts work out your arm like judo and maybe jiujitsu. Others like Tae Kwon Do work more on the leg and aikido doesn't require much physical strength
pushups definetly help increase ur arm strenght. if u have weights u can try many different exercises- one of my favorites is taking a weight in each hand and liftingur arms out to ur sides. see how long u can do it because it starts to really hurt lol
