I haven't seen it.
But because of Daniel I've
considered watching it.

I'd love to see how he plays outside
of his Harry Potter Character
was rather bored by it.
every "scary" part of it was predictable.
the first hour or so almost put me to sleep.
disappointing seeing as how i was interested in it.

We went to see how Daniel Radcliffe would do in it after all the Harry Potter movies and he and the movie were pretty good.

I'll watch it, when it comes to DVD only because it has Harry Potter in it and my friends and I will make jokes the whole movie.
I thought it was brilliant <3 Daniel was beautiful as usual.
I was fairly indifferent to the plot of the movie. Most of it was just shots of Radcliffe hearing some s**t on the other side of the house and slowly walking towards it, followed by a predictable loud noise. It took forever for an actual plot to take place. I mean, by the fourth or fifth scare, you pretty much knew that the lady wasn't going to do s**t.

That being said, the actual aesthetics of the film were beautiful. I'm a sucker for the whole Victorian gothic horror thing, and Radcliffe is just ******** beautiful. Overall, the movie was nice to look at, but pretty bland to me.
Aside from a trio of teenage boys behind me who couldn't stop making harry potter jokes (BAD ones) and being mad because this wasn't a slasher film, I was pleasantly surprised with it. Good to see that Radcliffe has some genuine acting chops (seriously, it's actually tough to do lengthy scenes where you have to convey emotions without dialolgue) and that Hammer studios can still crank out a good looking gothic film after all these decades.
I ******** swear, no one knows s**t about horror films today. I'm a diehard horror fan. I've seen all the films of Mario Bava, Lucio Fulci, Dario Argento, Alfred Hitchcock, Terrence Fisher, and all the other horror giants, be they well-known or obscure. I study the genre and its history. I know horror.

The Woman In Black is a damn good horror film. It is a return to old school haunting films like the original The Haunting or The Innocents. Oh no! There's a plot! Oh God! They make you wait and slowly build the horror! How dreadful! The scares have build-up, and they're not all random and out of place! Give me a break.

Hope you weren't too obnoxious about it. I can't ******** stand it when some nutty kids think they're clever and start talking to the movie, ruining it for people who actually went to enjoy themselves instead of goof off. I never tolerate it, and I've got no problem having the theater manager come in and take care of business.
I saw it and I really enjoyed it. I liked how it had a genuinely creepy atmosphere that put me on edge and the jump scares were, while maybe predictable, executed well enough that I still found them scary. I was actually quite happy that this movie didn't turn into a gorefest or torture porn since I think that built on the unnerving nature and how downright scary it was for me.

I liked the plot and how it took time to build. The entire movie was well put together and absolutely gorgeous. I loved it!
